Keith Harris
Lead Pastor
Keith was first called into the ministry as a teenager. Since then he has served in churches in Colorado, Texas and Oregon. He spent six years serving as the associate, youth and worship pastor of a growing church in the northwest before God called him to church planting. He is a gifted speaker and leader with a heart for building authentic relationships.
Keith married Melissa, a native Oregonian, in 1998 and they are now raising two adorable children, Lailah and Logan. Melissa divides her time between teaching preschool, managing the household, serving as connections coordinator, and supporting Keith's ministry.
Nick Pounders
Lead Worshiper
Nick has been involved in worship bands and audio/visual teams since he was in middle school. He has been serving on worship teams since 1999 as either Worship Leader or band member. Nick's wife, Valerie, has been part of children's ministry since she was in youth group. Both have lived in the Northwest for most of their lives and can't imagine living anywhere else.
Nick and Valerie married in 2005 and have been living in Oregon since. Nick's day job is as a Product Engineer at Intel while Valerie stays at home with their daughter Erin. In their free time they enjoy hiking, playing frisbee, and just spending time together as a family.
Chris Hecht
Technical Director
Chris and his wife, Sharon, have been serving in various ministries in the Northwest for the past 12 years like church trustee, pianist, sound tech, Sunday School teacher, youth leaders and even Mary and Joseph in the Christmas play.
Chris works in the accounting department at Nike headquarters while Sharon cares for their three children: Miriam, Solomon, and Elijah.
